Application for S2-S5 Admission 2025-2026

Our school is open to applicants who meet the qualifications for admission to schools in Hong Kong. Each applicant can only apply once during the application period.

 

Application Period:

From May 17 to June 10, 2025

Requirements:

Applicants should have good academic performance in the last two years, with conduct of grade B or above (application of local students for repeating the same academic year is not accepted).

Application Fee:

HK$75 (Payment must be made online, and the application fee is non-refundable)

 

Application Method:

Parents must complete the application form via the school’s online application system, print the completed form, and then submit the printed form along with the following documents to Heung To Middle School in person, or delegate a friend or relative to do so, by June 12, 2025 (Thursday):

(A) the printed application form which is completed

(B) a copy of the applicant’s school reports for the last two years

(C) copies of awards, certificates, or proof of activities from the last two years in no more than 5 A4 pages (double-sided and reduced in size if necessary)

 

Application forms and documents that arrive by mail will not be accepted. Upon receiving the application, the school will notify eligible applicants of examination arrangements via email latest by June 18, 2025.

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 N

 

Examination schedule:

Secondary 2 to Secondary 4:

  - June 21, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM  or 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, in the form of a written test

Secondary 5:

  - First Exam: June 21, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:20 AM, in the form of a written test

  - Second Exam: To be notified upon selection

 

Subjects to be assessed:

Secondary 2 to Secondary 4: Chinese, English and Mathematics (paper set in both Chinese and English)

Secondary 5:

  - First Exam: English and Mathematics (paper set in both Chinese and English)

  - Second Exam: To be notified upon selection

 

Interview

Students who pass the written test will be notified by email to attend an interview.

Interview date: in the morning of July 5, 2025

Language used: Cantonese/Mandarin and English

Duration: about 30 minutes

Results

Parents will be notified via email, regardless of whether the application is successful.
